We are looking for a Junior Business Controller based in MILAN. 

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Contribute to monthly closing activities, including margins analysis and variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
• Support the monitoring of business performance across channels and regions, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the development and maintenance of detailed cost-saving trackers and performance files.
• Support the preparation of reports related to sales campaigns and delivery performance.
• Manage and monitor intercompany transactions, ensuring proper allocation of product and service flows.
• Support pricing analysis activities, including monitoring price positioning, discount dynamics, and impact on margins.
• Support ad hoc analyses and business requests, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in economics
• 1/2 years of working experience in similar role within international and structured organizations
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of SAP and Tagetik reporting system is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• English fluent
