We are looking for a curious and motivated IT Finance Business Analyst with a passion for finance, technology, process improvement and the fashion industry — someone eager to bring fresh ideas and a new perspective to a young, colleague-centric team where teamwork and open communication are a must.

 

As part of the IT Finance & Controlling team, you will work on new projects, improve existing processes and applications, and manage daily support — with your primary focus on the Tagetik platform, the core of our consolidation and corporate performance management landscape. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast, take ownership, and help shape how we use our finance technology.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Own and evolve Tagetik

 

  • Manage, configure and support the Tagetik platform across the Group
    • Group consolidation and financial planning
    • IFRS 16 lease management
    • Finance planning scenarios
  • Lead enhancements and new releases, continuously improving the way the platform serves the business

 

Contribute to SAP evolution

 

  • Be part of the SAP S4Hana migration project
  • Support the SAP FICO environment and its integration with the consolidation and planning processes
  • Support our business colleagues in the day to day activities, always thinking how to improve their processes through technology

 

Manage Board application

 

  • Manage the opening of the planning processes in Board
  • Support the business colleagues during the planning scenarios
  • Help extend Board’s capabilities to give the business faster, richer insight

 

Across all platforms

 

  • Participate in business requirements gathering and analysis
  • Translate business requirements into application or process designs, covering both functional and non-functional aspects
  • Run fit/gap analysis and contribute to application and/or process design specifications
  • Propose and drive improvements on existing processes and applications, bringing new ideas and challenging the status quo
  • Collaborate with your supervisor and the business integration partners to ensure the right solutions are designed and deployed
  • Grow with increasing autonomy toward independently leading initiatives in the Finance area

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • 2+ years of experience on Tagetik
  • 4+ years Working knowledge of SAP FICO and its integration with the SD and MM modules
  • Familiarity with — or strong interest in — Board (or a similar planning platform)
  • Strong accounting background
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine desire to bring new ideas and improve how things are done
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into solutions that map to technology capabilities
  • Good written and oral communication in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a multi-country environment

 

Considered a plus

 

  • Experience implementing projects in a multi-country environment
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and/or ABAP programming
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience in the fashion / apparel / footwear industry

  • Indicative starting compensation: €45,000
  • Annual bonus opportunity in accordance with the Company's internal agreement
