As a Talent & Performance Junior Specialist, you will support the implementation and daily management of Performance and Talent Management processes at a global level. 

 

You will be responsible for drafting and updating supporting materials, executing communication plans, conducting timely analysis and reporting, and providing support to stakeholders involved in these processes. 

 

 

 Main Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Support in the deployment and daily management of Performance Management and Talent Management processes at the global level. 
  • Draft and update supporting materials and documentation for all processes and their phases. 
  • Execute communication plans and calendars to ensure timely and effective dissemination of information. 
  • Conduct timely analysis and reporting within the scope of Performance and Talent Management, collaborating with Digital HR team for data management. 
  • Provide support to all stakeholders involved in the processes in managing the systems and tools used, primarily SuccessFactors & Qualtrics. 

 

Requirements

 

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within an international environment.
  • Basic knowledge of key HR processes; exposure to multi-country environments is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills, problem solver with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent Italian and English
