The Clienteling Analysis Specialist supports the analysis and optimization of clienteling performance across channels and markets. The role leverages customer data, engagement metrics, and business insights to monitor clienteling effectiveness, identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships, and support data-driven decision making on clienteling matters across the organization.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyze customer engagement, clienteling activities, and purchasing behaviors to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor clienteling performance through dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.
  • Support the development of customer segmentation and targeting analyses to drive personalized engagement strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of clienteling initiatives and provide recommendations based on data insights.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of customer data used for clienteling analysis.
  • Manage and monitor customer assignment and portfolio management processes.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards related to clienteling and customer engagement performance.
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities to improve clienteling processes, customer journeys, and engagement effectiveness.
  • Support CRM and clienteling data integration activities to ensure data availability and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare presentations and ad hoc analyses for management and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses on client base evolution, VIC performance, acquisition, retention and reactivation initiatives.
  • Translate complex customer data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments as Retail, Merchandising and Regional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support.

 

Requirements:

 

Experience:

 

  • 3-4 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Customer Analytics, Clienteling Analytics or related analytical roles.
  • Previous experience within Fashion, Luxury, Retail companies is preferred.

 

 

Technical Skills

 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer databases.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis is considered a strong plus.
  • Experience with Databricks or other cloud-based analytics environments is highly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data ecosystems is a plus.
