Description

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve business targets in terms of profitability, service standards, and business development
• Responsible for hiring, training and managing store staff to provide high-quality customer service and retail experience
• Manage and oversee store daily operation including but limited to policies and procedures implementation, inventory control, uniform arrangement, stock take management, assets and cost control, in-store visual merchandising and manpower arrangement
• Build rapport with potential vendors and maintain a good relationship with business partners
• Implement layout plan which in line with brand, store presentation, styling and marketing principles

Requirements

• Education in relevant discipline
• 6 - 8 years of experience in retail and store management
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation
• Goal oriented and possess entrepreneur mindset
• Ability to initiate changes according to trends and culture
