Responsibilities

• Focuses on development and retention the existing clients; recruitment of new and potential ones.
• Contributes to the store business through excellent clienteling and reaching KPIs goals (conversion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning).
• Deliver the Valentino Couture Service.
• Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 2  years retail experience preferably in Luxury Retail Industry
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Motivated team player with outgoing personality
• Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations
• Able to work full time in shift hours is preferable

Responsibilities（職務内容）

• 既存顧客との関係構築・維持に注力するとともに、新規顧客及び見込み顧客の開拓を行う
• 優れたクライアンテリングを通じて店舗ビジネスに貢献し、KPI（コンバージョン率、　クロスセル、AVT〈平均取引単価〉、アップセル、戦略的ゾーニング）の達成を目指す
• Valentino Couture Service（ヴァレンティノの接客サービス基準）を提供する
• デジタルツールを販売活動およびクライアンテリング活動に自然に取り入れ、活用する

Skills and experience（応募要件・スキル）

• リテール業界で2年以上の実務経験を有すること（ラグジュアリー業界での経験があれば尚可）
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人関係構築能力を有すること
• 高い意欲を持ち、チームワークを重視できる明るく前向きな方
• 目標達成および期待を上回る成果を出すことへの強い意欲を有すること
• シフト勤務によるフルタイム勤務が可能であることが望ましい
